WHO IS PAUL BENT?                       

The creative force behind 7th Song Music, Paul is a veteran singer, voiceover artist, arranger, songwriter, and producer with decades of experience creating and performing music and voices.  Starting his career as an orchestral violinist, he has worked professionally as a folk singer, back-up vocalist, chorister, and recording session singer since the 1970s.

  •  Recording session and ensemble singer (choral, back-up, small group, stepout soloist, ringer)

  •  Eight seasons with the Los Angeles Master Chorale
  •  Three seasons with the New York Choral Society
  •  Dozens of recording sessions, major motion picture soundtracks, video game soundtracks, and back-up vocals
  •  Singing in choruses, ensembles, choirs, and vocal groups of all sizes
  •  Producing, writing, and performing in live shows and concerts
  •  Writing and arranging choral and vocal music
  •  Performances at Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Hollywood Bowl, the Orange County Performing Arts Center, Carnegie Hall, the Brooks Atkinson Theater, the Irvine Amphitheater, and many other concert and performance venues
He is a member of performers' unions SAG-AFTRA and AGMA.
He is a 30-year member of The Recording Academy (the Grammy® Awards).
